Harvey passed away Thursday December 22, 2011 at the Carriage House Nursing Home. Age 96 years. The son of the late Henry and Ethel Maines was born June 1, 1915 in Lawton, Michigan. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Harvey was a resident of Pine Ridge Adult Foster Care Home for two years before going to the Carriage House Nursing Home. He enjoyed playing shuffle board.
Harvey is survived by his special friends; Shirley Jankowski, Loretta Adams and Clara “C.J.”Jekel, his grandchildren; Donald Owczarzak, Denise Tibbits, Deborah Taylor and Dennis Taylor, his special nephew; Kenneth Endline. He was also preceded in death by his wife; Elsie (Endline) Maines and a step son and his wife; Gerald and Julie Taylor.
