Harvalee Edward Watson, 90, of Anderson, passed away on June 24, 2013 at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital Anderson, IN.

He was born on June 14, 1923 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and resided most of his life in Anderson. He was a retired Utility Operator for Delco Remy. He was a member of Local 662. He liked working on lawn mowers. Harvalee liked his goats, horses, and working in his garden. He had a love for old country music.

Harvalee is survived by his loving children; two daughters, Sallie Mattox and Jean Jim Mumbower; and son, Don Watson; grandchildren, Tammy Steve Wise, Tampa, FL, Chuck Kelly Mattox, Ft. Wayne, IN, Cliff Julie Mattox, Indianapolis, Chris Eileen Mattox, OH, John Wicker, MO, Bernita Hughes, AZ, Jimmy Gina Mumbower, Farmersburg, IN, Jennifer Raines, Anderson, John Jeanie Mumbower, IL, Caryn Josh Harvey, IN, Courtney Jon Francke, IN, Selby Watson, IN and Benjamin Watson, IN; 25 Great- Grandchildren; and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.

He is also survived by best friends Esther Kerns and Calvin Stephens. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Bright Watson; parents, Hue and Gradie Watson; his son, Bill Wicker; grandson, Billy Wicker; and two sisters, Erma Watson and Violet Watson.
