Harry Franklin Blackburn, age 88, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at his residence in Manassas, Virginia. He was born on May 5, 1929 in Bedford County, Virginia to the late Charles Franklin Blackburn and Elizabeth Jane (Bullis) Blackburn. Mr. Blackburn was a veteran of the U.S. Army, an Electrician, and loved antique cars. Mr. Blackburn was predeceased by his parents and one granddaughter, Brandi Evans. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Barbara Jean (Dodson) Blackburn, his son Aaron Grimsley, his daughters Eileen Sue Blackburn, Teresa Ann Evans, and Amy Irene Newman and her husband John. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Jennifer Blevins, Philip Blackburn, David Grimsley, Daniel Burns, Hunter Grimsley, great grandchildren Mark James (MJ), Brittany and great-great grandchild Chloe.
