Harry Dale Kincade, 76, born April 8, 1941 to Ida (Reimer) and Harry C. Kincade, went home to be with his savior on Friday May 19, 2017 in Greenwood, after fighting a long battle with two different kinds of cancer, diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease.

Harry graduated from Manual High School, in Indianapolis, in 1959.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving two years, then was hired at Mitchell and Scott. He was employed with Allison Transmission for 30 years, as a machinist, retiring in 2009.

Harry married Linda R. Gilliatt on June 15, 1991 in Indianapolis; they were married for 26 years.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling to Florida, Pigeon Forge and Sturgis. He also liked restoring 1932 Ford’s.

Harry is survived by his wife, Linda Kincade of Greenwood, son, Dan ( Pamela) Gilman of Cloverdale, daughter, Tammy Taylor of Bloomington, a brother, Howard (Dalene) Kincade of Cloverdale, five grandchildren, Dave Roeckel, Kayly Roeckel, Mike Gilman, Andre Rayner and Kristen Castro, four great-grandchildren, Hadley Roeckel, Presley Roeckel, Baron Castro, and Gabby Gilman and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Shirley Bailey.
