HARRY VERNON BORTZ, JR. age 78 of Warrenton, Virginia died Saturday, August 2, 2003 at Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Lucille Bortz who died in 1992. Survivors include two sons, Vernon Bortz III, of Warrenton and Martin Bortz, of Arizona, two daughters, Tanya Payne, of Manassas and Saundra Sandidge, of Arizona, one sister, Helen Hall, one brother, Richard Bortz, seven grandchildren, Stacey Glascock, Cynthia Bortz, Douglas Payne, Joe Hamer, Jeremy Bortz, Travis Bortz and Pyper Bortz and two great-grandchildren.
