Wolcott – Mrs. Harriet “Betty” (Kemp) Guisti, age 74, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in the Vitas Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital Waterbury after a short illness. She was the wife of Robert Anthony Guisti, Sr. for 41 years.. Mrs. Guisti was born in Hartford on December 13, 1939, a daughter to the late Colin Henry and Harriet (Cameron) Kemp. She attended secretarial school and prior to her retirement she worked as a Secretary for CL&P and also the Social Security Administration.
