Mr. Harold F. Ferdinandus, age 82, of Milford, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2006 in Milford Hospital. Son of the late Harold F. and Theresa Helena Sullivan Ferdinandus, he was born on February 26, 1924 in New Haven and was a longtime resident of West Haven. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of WW II. Mr. Ferdinandus was a security guard, and previously owned the former Harry’s Oyster River Bar in West Haven for 34 years. He was also a longtime member of the American Legion Post 196 in Woodmont. He leaves a daughter, Patricia (George) Lamb, a son, Michael Wilcock, all of Milford, a grandchild, Stacey Lilly (Terence) Devon, and a loving companion, Constance Haynes.
