He is survived by his wife of over fifty years, Wilma Kratz Kemp; two sons, Allan (Danette) Kemp of Fordyce and Kevin (Michele) Kemp of Little Rock; daughter, Lisa (Brian) Kemp Kroening of Hot Springs Village: two sisters, Sandra Phipps and Karen Davidson both of Malvern, Arkansas; a brother, Frank (Donna) Kemp of Bismark, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, Tyler Kroening, Kayla Kemp, Karly Kroening, Dane Kemp, Kalen Kemp, Lauren Kemp, Kendyl Kemp, and Grant Kemp; and many friends.
