Harold Dewayne Lankford, 54, of Rossville passed away on Sunday November 1, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a life-long resident of the Chattanooga/North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. Harold worked with Pyramid Mouldings for more than 20 years and worked as a security guard for more than 20 years as well as retired from the US Army and National Guard. He was an avid reader, loved to watch sports, play candy crush and enjoyed going to gospel music concerts. He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Lankford.
Survivors include his mother, Jeanette Lankford, of Hixson; his loving wife Jeanne Lankford, of Rossville; son, Tyler Lankford; of Rossville; daughter, Katie Lankford, of Rossville; brothers, Ray Lankford, of Hixson and Gary Lankford, Ooltewah; sister, Janice Lankford, of Hixson; along with several nieces and nephews.
