Harold “Bill” Morris, 80 of Humnoke, AR. died on July 28, 2018 at his home. He was born on October 15, 1937 in Arkansas to Roosevelt and Verna Lee Morris. He is the Mayor of Humnoke, AR. and the chairmen, operator, director of H.A.C.T. and lived in Humnoke, AR. for 34 years. He was a heavy equipment operator, worked in construction and loved his family and was known for his fish fry’s in Humnoke, AR.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years Emma Artislee Morris, daughter Lisa Martin of California, two brothers James (Bud) of Arkansas and Donnie Morris of California. Also five grandchildren Anissa, Aaron, Russell, Bryan and Vanessa and five great grandchildren.
