He was born on September 20, 1964 to John and Donna (Swearingen) Barlow. His mother survives in Kenton.
Also Surviving are five sisters Kimberly Mackintosh of Kenton, Patricia (Ken) Mewhorter of Lakeview, Saundra (Brad) Thoroughgood of Kenton, Elena Barlow of Kenton, and Aimee Barlow of Kenton, three brothers Timothy Barlow of Ridgeway, Paul (Jean) Barlow of Kenton, and his twin Gerald Barlow of Kenton, maternal grandmother Estalena Helton of Goshen, Ohio, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents Benjamin and Nellie Barlow and his maternal grandfather Ernest Swearingen.
He was a 1982 graduate of Kenton High School and was a heating and air conditioning technician. He liked fishing and camping, and was an avid Michigan and Cincinnati Bengals fan.
