Harald Ankro of Bergenfield was 55 when he died suddenly Sunday, November 27th. Born and raised in Queens, Harold lived in Dumont before moving to Bergenfield 7 years ago. He was a huge Beetles fan who had a passion for guitars and was known to all who knew him to be a collector of many things. Harald was employed by Con Edison for over 30 years. He was the beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Lauerman) Ankro, the step father of Nicholas Lauerman and his wife Miki, the brother of Eugene Ankro and Liisa Ryan and the grandfather of Saya and Sara. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews and his love Sophia.
