Guadalupe “Lupe” Sistos Aguilar, Jr., 48, passed away at his Ardmore residence on June 21, 2020.
He is survived by his sons, Marco Aguilar and Luis Aguilar; daughters, Leticia Aguilar and Victoria Aguilar; mother Lydia Sistos Aguilar; father, Guadalupe Aguilar, Sr.; sisters, Nancy Mendez, Rosa Aguilar, Ruth Aguilar, Diane Sanchez, Cathy Ramirez and Veronica Diaz; brothers, Jose Aguilar, Danny Aguilar, Bobby Aguilar and Gabriel Samarron; the mother of his children, Janice Arnett; his girlfriend, Lisa Keena and her children, Melody and April Keena; also his grandchildren, Bentlee Keena, Anastasia Aguilar, Aven Foreman and Octavia Dennis; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family and friends.
The son of Guadalupe Aguilar, Sr. and Lydia (Sistos) Aguilar, Lupe was born on July 3, 1971 in Lubbock, Texas and had been an Ardmore resident for the past twenty-eight years, moving here from La Mesa, Texas. An employee of Rustin Concrete where he was a Ready Mix truck driver, Lupe loved the time spent with his family, friends and making others laugh. He attended St. Mary Catholic Church and was a big fan of NFL football, watching it on TV.
Viewing will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; and until service time on Friday.
