Grover Vance Luck, Jr., 70, of Franklinville, died Friday, October 6, 2017 at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point.
Vance was a native of Randolph County, formerly employed with Sapona Mfg. Co., and also Randolph County Landfill, and was a member of Cedar Falls Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertie Williams Luck, his parents, Grover Vance Luck, Sr. and Lillian Johnson Luck, sister, Deborah Luck McNeil.
Survivors: daughters, Lisa Adkins and husband Dean of Climax, Robyn Whitaker and husband Tony, of Randleman, sons, Tommy Luck and wife Deborah, of Randleman, Jeff Luck and wife Sandra, of Asheboro, niece, Mindy Tyson, nephew, Craig Whittington, step son, Allen Thornburg and wife Maria, of Poquoson, VA , sister, Linda Whittington, of Franklinville, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, one step-great grandchild, two step daughters.
