Brother Gregory Owen Kirk affectionately known as “Greg” was born January 7, 1956 to Ruby (Kirk) Poindexter and Estel Kirk in Louisville, Kentucky. He moved to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1958.
Greg was baptized at an early age.
Greg graduated from Shortridge High School. As a young adult, Greg continued his education. He completed college courses at Compton Community College located in Compton California and Ivy Tech Community College located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
