Gregory Alan Branch, 63, of Anderson, passed away on October 15, 2012 at St. John’s Health System-Anderson.
He was born on September 9, 1949 in Anderson to Joseph L. and Mary A. Branch. Greg loved music and played in various bands. He was passionate about his work as a self-employed carpet installer.
Gregory is survived by his dad, Joseph Branch of Anderson, his former wife and caregiver, Barbara Branch Farler of Anderson; daughter, Nikki; sister, Cindy Willis of Anderson; brother, Tim Branch Willa of Ingalls; niece, Darci Cummings Melissa and daughter, Chloe Thomas of Pendleton; nephews, David & Darrin Branch of Arizona; stepchildren, Jeremy McClees & Jayla William Petry; grandchildren, Christen McClees Danial Shannon, Kyle, Chelsie and Ashley Petry; and great-grandson, Patrick McClees. Also survivng are several special cousins and friends who were here for him when he needed them most.
He was preceded in death by mother, Mary Alice Branch; his grandparents; and several aunts and uncles. Special thanks to all his doctors and nurses at St. John’s Health System and St. John’s Hospice.
