Grace R. Daniels, 91, of Jacksonville died Friday, July 4, 2008, at Walker Nursing Home in Virginia. She was born on Jan. 16, 1917, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Albert Henry and Anna B. Regnar Jensen. She married William F. Carroll and he preceded her in death. She then married Albert E. Daniels, and he also preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Norma (husband, James) McCarten of Rockford; one son, William F. (wife, Barbara J.) Carroll of Jacksonville; ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and seven sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Daniels was a member of the Church of Our Saviour. She had been a housekeeper and seamstress at Illinois School for the Visually Impaired for twenty-seven years.
