Grace L. Palmer, 95, formerly of Easton, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2013, at Kirkland Village in Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Ulysses Grant Palmer, III MD, who passed away in 2005. Born in Windber, Pa., Grace was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Stella (Berkey) Heckler. She attended Penn State University and later became a partner in her fathers business, B Quality Coal Company in Windber for many years. She later assisted her husband Dr. Palmer in the management of the Betts Hospital of Easton. Survivors: She is survived by her daughter, Ulyssa Williams and her husband Clyde of Bethlehem; and granddaughters, Valynn Turkovich, her husband, Stuart and their twin sons, Tristin and Everett and Chrissy McCarthy, her daughters, Kyla and Mariella and son Lochlan.
