Glynna Marianne (Middleton) Presson, 75, passed away on Saturday, March 17, at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Presson.
Mrs. Presson was born in Pageland, S. C., to the late Jack and Erma Gladys Middleton. She was raised and educated in Pageland and later in Charlotte, NC, where she was a graduate of Central High School.

Mrs. Presson moved to the Fort Walton Beach area in 1973. She enjoyed collecting antiques and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her children; Judy Swails (Ronnie), Ed Presson (Cindy), Susan Paden (Rick), Rusty Presson (Janet) and Anne Downs (Michael). Seven grandchildren; Scott Presson (Lauren), David Presson, Amy Thaggard (Chris), Cari Jones, Rob Presson, Chris Downs and Kelly Downs. Three great grandchildren; Allie Thaggard, Brandon Thaggard and Sydney McDuffie. She was the grandmother of the late Jeffrey Presson.
