Gloria (Beatrice) Grillo of Plymouth, died peacefully at age 96, on Friday February 4that Plymouth Crossings. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph S. Grillo. Born in Watertown, she was a graduate of Watertown High School. A resident of Plymouth since 1991, she and her family previously resided in Whitman. Throughout her career, Gloria had been employed at several insurance agencies on the south shore.Gloria was a very strong and independent woman, who had a larger-than-life personality in her less than five-foot frame! She was full of spunk and was truly loved by all who met addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon A. Brown, and granddaughter. She is survived by her daughter Gail Howland of Plymouth, her son Joseph Grillo of CA and her sister, Rose Ferrante of FL. She has five beloved grandchildren: Christopher Howland; Chelsie Howland Anthony, Christina Grillo, Marisa Grillo and Julianne Grillo. She also was a great grandmother of three and beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.
