Gloria C. Mosley, 77, of Newington, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Mary (Ciccolello) Iaciofano. Gloria moved to Newington where she resided for many years and was a member of Grace Episcopal Church. She loved making trips to the casino with her daughter and crocheting for churches and various organizations. Gloria loved watching her UConn Girls basketball team and the Boston Red Sox. A loving and devoted mother and grandmother, Gloria was happiest when surrounded by her family. She touched everyone’s heart that she met and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She leaves her son George A. Mosley Jr., her daughter Gail Deschenes and her husband Dean all of Newington, and her grandchildren; Dylan of Newington, Charlene of RI and Natalie of KY. She also leaves her nieces; Kathy Pilkington and Linda Beckman both of RI., and her nephew Carl Iaciofano of Florida. She was predeceased by her brother Carl Iaciofano, Jr. and his wife Lillian.
