LAKELAND – Glendon R. Kitts went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2008 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born June 29, 1927 in Kitts Hill, Ohio. He was a resident of Lakeland since 2001, formerly of Ohio. He was a Navy WWII Veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Virginia A. Kitts, His children: Belinda & Ted Wolovich of Polk City and Peggy & Kent Selby of Lakeland. His brother: Gordon Kitts of Ironto, OH. 6 Grandchildren: Suzanne & Aaron Ford, Glendon Thomas Selby, Amy Jo Smith, Christy Wolovich, Joshua Selby and Douglas Wolovich. 6 Great-Grandchildren: Aarik Ford, Tanner Ford, Kailyn Smith, James Smith, Jordan Wolovich and Ethan Wolovich.
