Glen Short Jr., 81, of Anderson, passed away on August 6, 2012 at his residence.
He was born on February 25, 1931 in Muncie, Indiana and resided most of his life in Anderson. Glen graduated from Muncie Central High School, and Ball State University. Glen served his country in the Army as military police officer. Glen retired from Delco Remy division of General Motors after 40 years of service. Glen was a member of Meadowbrook Church of Christ. Glen is survived by his daughter, Jill Short, son, Bret Short, step-daughter, Teresa “Terry” Roger Self, step-son, H. Bruce Gloria Eaker, grandson Chance Short, grandson, J. Scott Self, granddaughter, Rachel Huddleston, granddaughter, Jennifer Vrooman, grandson, Bo Carolton, grandson, Chad Sothman, and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife, Sara P. Short, and his parents Glen Short Sr. and Pauline Short.
