Glen Edwin Maley, age 86, of Clarksburg passed away Thursday, May 04, 2017 at Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center. He was born November 24, 1930 in Edna Gas, WV; the son of the late Chalmers Maley and Helen (Ingram) Maley.
Glen is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley Anne (Mitchell) Maley; four brothers-in-law, Howard Mitchell & his wife, Doris of Clarksburg, WV, Jim Mitchell of Huntington, WV, Tom Mitchell & his wife, Lana of Weston, WV and Charlie Mitchell & his wife, Roberta of Huntington, WV. He was a loving father figure to many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Glen was preceded in death by four sisters; four sisters-in-law; and a beloved dog, Julie.
Glen served in combat in the United States Army during the Korean War.
