Glen D. Vail, 87, of McCordsville, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Greenfield.
He was born August 9, 1929 in McCordsville to the late George and Effie (McCord) Vail. Glen graduated from the old McCordsville High School where he played on the basketball team. Throughout his life he helped on the family farm.
Glen is survived by nieces: Donis Vail of Olney, IL; Sharla (Joe) Ping of Franklin; Vernee (Kelly) Eads of McCordsville; nephews Dan (Sheryl) Vail of McCordsville; M. Kim (Karen) Vail of Santa Rosa, CA and Steve (Shelley) Vail of Greenfield; several great nieces and nephews. brothers.
He was preceded in death by his; brothers Carl Wayne Vail, Donald F. Vail and Jack M. Vail as well as sister Anna Mae Vail.
