Gladys Mae Ann Gunkel passed away peacefully March 5, 2021. She was born March 29,1932 in Amarillo, TX to Minnie Mae (Tucker) Beasley and Roger Beasley. She was married to William Gunkel, September 14,1952. They were married 62 years. They lived in Alhambra CA, and had 3 children.

Mom and Dad moved to Littleton, CO in 1969. Ann opened Ann’s Apparel first in Englewood and then in Denver where she enjoyed serving other ladies in the community. While in Colorado, Ann and Bill, as they were known, enjoyed their time being involved in the Masons and Shriners. She loved to square dance at the Shriner’s Club in Englewood, CO. After their retirement, they roamed in their RV with the RV Roamers. Ann was a great seamstress and enjoyed making clothes for her children and grandchildren. The couple settled in Silt Colorado where they spent many days soaking in Glenwood Springs and playing hours and hours of Spite and Malice.
