Gladys L. Garrett, 88, of Anderson, passed away on September 15, 2012 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus. She was born on October 20, 1923 in Carthage, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson. Gladys is survived by a daughters, Barbara William Fox of Markleville, Connie Walter Fox of Anderson, Frances Ray Horn of South Bend, Joyce Paul Collis of Anderson, IN, and Virginia Moreland of Middletown; sons, Melvin Paula Garrett of Anderson, Marvin Martha Garrett of Pendleton and Jesse Ashley Garrett of Frankton; and sister, Alice Alvin Folsom of Anderson.
She was also survived by a special friend Joe, several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren, and several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin King, mother, Cora King, husband, Marvin Garrett, son, Jerry Garrett, Son-in-law David Horn, and grandchildren, Brian Collis, Eric Fox, and Devon Garrett.
