Gilda J Lopez was a beloved wife to David Lopez. They were married for 46 years and had two beautiful children, Maria Ocasio, and David C Lopez. Gilda was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, Ingrid Meza, Roxana Paredes, Michael Ocasio, Edwin Ocasio, David A Lopez, Miranda Lopez, William Lopez and Alex Lopez. She was also a loving great-grandmother to her great grandchildren Katherine Meza, Jacob Meza, Leonardo Ocasio, Audrey Paredes, Sky Lopez, and Arabella Ocasio. Gilda was a generous person with a big heart. She loved nature’s creations. Her passion was taking care of animals from feeding the squirrels, making sure they had water to drink to caring for lizards and birds. Every Spring she looked forward to her tulips growing and her Gardenias. Gilda had an incredible laughter and every time she smiled her beautiful green eyes would sparkle and glow. Gilda loved to play card games, especially Loteria. A game she looked forward to playing with her family. A tradition we will uphold and carry and always play in her memory. We will remember her as a beautiful woman who loved her family very much. She will always be our Gatita.
