Gerald Wayne Gossett of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Tuesday, August 4, 2015 in Waldron, Arkansas. Gerald was born to Raphel Otto Gossett and Mary Greddle (Mize) Gossett. He was 63 years, 9 months and 14 days old.
Gerald was a kind man. He would help anyone and give the shirt off his back. He was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed what he did. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, brother and dad.
Gerald is survived by his children: Jerry Gossett of Abbott, Arkansas, Terry Gossett, Eric Gossett and Tyann Gossett all of Waldron, Arkansas, Alisha Parnell and Matthew Phillips both of Mena, Arkansas. G-pa will forever remain in the hearts of his fourteen grandchildren and two great grand babies. Gerald is also survived by six sisters: Brenda, Sherry, Debra(Geraldine), Joyce, Norma Jean and Virginia as well as one brother, Roger. Gerald will be missed by all that knew him and those whose lives were impacted by him including a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Gerald was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lenny Gossett, parents, Raphel and Mary Gossett, one sister, Peggy and one brother, Everett.
