Gerald Culver died peacefully at his home in Albuquerque, NM on August 12, 2016 from the devastating disease of dementia. He was born in Lansing, MI in a tent on a cold January 16, 1936, the oldest of 4 children born to Melvin Darling Culver and Catherine Clark Somerville Culver. He was a proud Marine who served in the Korean War.
