Wales-Gerald “Jay” St. Laurent, 59, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021. Jay was born August 23, 1962 in Ludlow to Jacqueline R. (Tetreault) St. Laurent and the late Gerard “Jerry” R. St. Laurent. He grew up in Wales and attended Tantasqua Vocational High School. He was a talented carpenter by trade and for many years was self employed. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and boating on the lake.
Jay leaves his children; Alexis R. St. Laurent of Brimfield and Jacob J. St. Laurent of Wales; two granddaughters, Brooklynn DuBois and Isabella DuBois; his mother, Jacqueline St. Laurent of Wales; brothers, Mark St. Laurent and his wife Tammy of Ware and Lee St. Laurent of Ware, Scott St. Laurent of Boston; sisters, Linda St. Laurent-Arel and her husband David Arel of Feeding Hills and Dianne St Laurent of Ware; and many nieces and nephews. Jay was predeceased by his father Gerard “Jerry” St. Laurent and a brother Roger St. Laurent.
