Gerald E. Sheller, 74, of New London, Ohio died on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Good Shepherd in Ashland, Ohio. He was born on March 8, 1946 in Wellington, Ohio. He was the son of the late Gerald R and Bettie (Wolfe) Sheller.
Gerald has lived in the New London and Norwalk area most of his life. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. Gerald was a member of the Norwalk Eagles and the VFW. Gerald loved time spent with his family and especially his grandchildren. He liked to play games and enjoyed doing that with family and friends.
Gerald is survived by his wife, JoAnn Sheller; children, Jerry Sheller, Dewane Sheller, Carolyn Reich and William Sheller; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Vickie Urich and Diedra Benschoter.
Gerald was preceded in death by his daughter, Valarie Sheller and siblings, Jodiah Sheller, Steven Sheller and Kenda Tegolvic.
