Gerald E. Fiorella, 74, of Toms River, NJ passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at home with his loving family beside him.. Born in Paterson, NJ, he lived in Fairlawn, NJ before moving to Toms River in 1976. He attended Glen Rock High School in Glen, Rock, NJ and graduated in 1964. Gerry began his career in 1976 for Shore Point Distributing Company in Freehold and worked there for 36 years, retiring as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2012. He was predeceased by his mother Ruth C. Fiorella in 2001 and his wife of 51 years, Carol Fiorella, in 2018.
Gerry is survived by his children, Jayne VanNosdall and her husband Michael of Bayville, NJ, and Darrin Fiorella and his wife Jacqueline of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, his brother Frank Fiorella of Glen Rock, NJ, six grandchildren Alexa Caravella, Kristiana Caravella, Nicolas Fiorella, Teresa Fiorella, Tayler VanNosdall and Mike VanNosdall and many loving nieces and nephews.
