George “Labo” Rocco Lubischer, 86 of Toms River, passed away on June 10, 2018. George was born to the late John and Lucy Lubischer on August 17, 1931 in Newark , New Jersey. George can best be described by his friends and his family as a loving husband, devoted father and proud grandparent.
He was known to have a great sense of humor and always attended all events his grandchildren were a part of. George enjoyed his Casino trips and the summers he spent on Long Beach Island with his family creating memories. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
George was predeceased by his parents, John Lubischer and Lucy Marino Lubischer, brothers; John Lubischer, Robert Lubischer, Ronald Lubischer, Billy Lubischer, Tony Lubischer, sisters; Viola Guidetti and Geraldine Frantangelo. George is survived by his wife Virginia, sons, Rocco Lubischer of Lake Worth, Florida; Tony Lubischer and his wife Heather of Point Pleasant; daughter, Monique Lubischer of Manchester; sister, Darlene Lubischer Barbella of Long Branch; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
