George O’Brien, age 82 years, died peacefully Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at the home of his daughter, Chris. He was the husband of the late Lorraine (Amaral) O’Brien, and the son of the late James and Catherine (Haley) O’Brien. Born on May 12. 1938 in Cambridge, George was educated in Cambridge Schools. He was the owner and founder of Steve’s Air Express and Freight Company in Boston. He also worked in the freight department for American Airlines. George was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.George is survived by his children, Noreen Bellio and her husband Chris, Stephen O’Brien and his wife Lisa, Jeffrey O’Brien, Catherine Prutsalis and her fiancé Donald Hersey, and Christine Kearney and her husband James , his sister Marie Sullivan , eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
