Devoted father of Bernadette Shanahan George, George Laura, Theresa Walton Stephan, Anne Bexon Sam, Christina Hayes Joseph and Shirin. Loving grandfather of Rebecca, Kevin, Mariah, Pierson, Finnian, Liam, Jessica, Aiden and Caitie. Dear brother of Mary Taney, Leon Susan, Col. Joseph Fairy US Army Retired and the late Richard, Frank and Jack.
George was an administrator and principal in the Winslow Township School District for 33 years. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, traveling, going on “Rambles”, the Philadelphia Phillies and the Boston Pops. He especially loved God and his family.
