Mr. Osachuk was born in Bellingham, a son of the late Michael and Anna (Fujon) Osachuk.
He leaves two sons, Allan Dean of Upton and Gary Osachuk of SC; a daughter, Cheryl Dean of Upton; one brother, Leon Osachuk of Sandwich; and three grandchildren. He was also the brother of the late Olga Platukis and Mary Tumolo.
