George E. Joseph, 91 of Norwell, living at Bertram House in Swampscott, slipped away on March 2, 2020. Born in Norwell, the eldest of eight children of Herbert E. and Grace (Ward) Joseph. He enjoyed sixty-one years of marriage to Nancy (Carle). He is survived by their children: Claudia Joseph Macomber and her husband Skip of Marblehead and Harold E. Joseph and his wife Jeanne (Eldridge) of Wareham and Cape Coral, FL. He is also survived by his four beloved grandchildren: Camden E. Tadhg, Bradford J. Macomber and his wife Regina, Heath E. Joseph and his wife Carrie and their daughters, Dakota and Alexis and preceded in death, Dylan L. Joseph. He is also survived by his sisters: June Aldrich of Wareham and Joyce Dennis and brother-in-law, Butch Dennis of Acton, Nancy Joseph of Norwell and Lee McKenney of Hingham. George is preceded in death by his brothers, Arnie, Arthur, Philly, Leo and their sister, Jean McKenney. He has always enjoyed watching twenty-five nieces and nephews live their lives well.
