George E. Allen, II, 79, of Scottsdale, AZ passed to God’s loving embrace on May 24,2015. George was born January 15, 1936 in Los Angeles, CA to Marjorie and George E. Allen, and grew up in North Hollywood, CA. He attended Virginia Military Institute (VMI)and graduated from U.C.L.A. He was a lifelong devotee to his alma mater.
A true American patriot, George served in the US Army from 1955 to 1969. He attained the rank of Major and was chosen as a member of the elite US 3rd Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard).
