Mrs. Genevieve Agnes Koval, age 91, of Meriden, formerly of Milford, beloved wife of the late Anthony Koval Jr., passed away on Monday, February 23, 2009 in MidState Hospital, Meriden.
Daughter of the late Philip and Katherine Gasor Gost, she was born on November 7, 1917 in Derby. Genevieve was an assembler at BIC Corporation in Milford. She was a member of the Milford Senior Center and supported the Girl Scouts. She was an avid bowler and loved to travel. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needle-point and loved animals.
Survivors include a devoted daughter, Carol Koval of Claremont,NH , a daughter-in-law, Susan Koval, a brother, Robert Gost, two grandchildren, Robert Koval Jr. and his wife Kristi, all of Milford, Daniel Koval and his wife Jen of New Carlisle, OH, and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Robert Koval Sr., and her brothers, George and Henry Gost, and her sisters, Sophie DeForge, Lillian Siekierski, and Mary Gost.
