Muncie – Geneva Winningham, 86, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011, at her residence following an extended illness.
Geneva was born in Jamestown, Tennessee on September 13, 1924, the daughter of Herbert and Ruby (Crouch) Price, and attended Jamestown, Tennessee Schools.
Mrs. Winningham worked in the family furniture refinishing business for over 25 years.
Survivors include a son, Herbert Allen Winningham, Muncie; a daughter, Myra Kay Chalfant, (husband-Gordon), Phoenix, Arizona; a sister, Marie Beaty, Muncie; three grandchildren, Dan Winningham, (wife Denise), Muncie, Nichole Estes, (companion- Gary Green), Dunkirk, and James Winningham, (companion-Misty), Muncie; nine great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Paul Price; and a sister, Frances Snodgrass.
