After an acute illness Geneva Neal passed away peacefully at her daughters’ home in Canton, Georgia on Friday, October 29, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Geneva was born and raised in Appalachia, Virginia. As a result of her kind and loving demeanor she and her husband George raised three fine children George Jr., Michael, and Susan.
She was one of two children born to the late George and Bessie Miles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, George Neal; her oldest son, George Neal Jr. (Eddie) in 2005; and one brother GL Miles.
She will be forever remembered by her son, Michael and wife Linda; her daughter, Susan Baldwin and husband David; her grandchildren, Brian Perkins, Jason Perkins, Chris Neal, and Scott Neal; numerous great grandchildren; nieces; along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her.
Geneva touched the lives of many people with her caring smile and generosity. Throughout all her years, she instilled strong values and many life lessons to her family. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
