Geneva M. Bohning, 86, of Bethlehem, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2013 at Manor Care in Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Harold J. Bohning, Jr., who passed away September 27, 1997. Born in Charleston, W. VA., she was the daughter of the late Andrew P. and Elizabeth (Vass) Matthews. Geneva worked for local apparel companies. She attended Steel City Mennonite Church. Geneva was a caring and loving wife, mother and friend. Survivors: her sons, David M. Bohning and his partner, Deborah Journey and Donald B. Bohning, all of Bethlehem. Her infant son, Richard Bohning; a sister, Mildred Reynolds; and a brother, Russell Matthews died earlier.
