Winsted: Gene J. Tito, Jr., 59, of Wallens Street, died Friday, February 20, 2009 at Laurel Hill Healthcare Center following a short illness. He was the husband of Kim (Palladino) Tito. Born in West Haven, January 10, 1950, son of the late Gene J. and Betty (Malone) Tito, he had lived in Watertown before moving to Winsted 10 years ago. He received a degree from Mattatuck Community College and worked with the developmentally disabled.
