Gary Wayne Plumb Age 64 of Owosso passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Memorial Healthcare.Gary was born July 16, 1953 in Flint, the son of Delmer and Betty (Miller) Plumb.He married Jackie Collard in Owosso on January 6, 2017.He was known as Mr. Fix-it and loved fixing anything he could but most of all his family especially his children were Gary’s true passion in life.Gary is survived by his wife Jackie; his daughters Angela Plumb, Aimee Plumb and Andrea Down; his son Gary W.
