Gary Marshall Steverson, Jr., 43, of Navarre Beach, Fla., our beloved son, left us for the care of our lord on March 9, 2013.
He is survived by his adoring parents, John and Donna McDowell; brothers, Johnnie McDowell, wife, Lindy, and Guy McDowell, wife, Gwen; and Brandon Buckley, his loyal, loving, best friend who stayed each night with Gary, so mom could care for dad. He stood a fierce vigil over Gary with us, and we are indebted for our entire life. Brandon is our son by the love he gives us all.
Gary’s love and laughter will live on in each of us. Thank you my darling husband who raised an amazing son with me.
