Gary was born in Brentwood Essex, England and came to this country at age 6. He lived in the Bronx and has lived in Newark for the last 11 years.
He was a graduate of East Brunswick Technical School where he studied air conditioning and refrigeration. He was employed as an air conditioning and refrigeration technician.
He is survived by his wife Silvester L. Barbosa-Marque and his step-son Christopher Albronz. He was the son of Desmond and Stella Pearce. He was the brother of Caroline Clark (Bill) and Christine Cubillan (Gerardo). He was the uncle of Sean and Charlotte Clark and Roberto Cubillan.
