CLEMENS, Gary A. of Kalamazoo. Gary went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He was born May 5, 1970, in Battle Creek, MI, a son of Richard and Susan Sekon Clemens and had been a lifelong area resident.
Gary was an extremely smart, giving, hard working man of God, and he was a most loving and devoted husband and father. He and his family attended Valley Family Church. On January 12, 1991, Gary was united in marriage with his best friend, the former Lori Rogers Clemens, who survives.
Also surviving are: four children, Alicia, Aaron, Joshua and Isaac Clemens; parents, Richard & Susan Clemens; Lori’s parents, Lloyd & Lillian Rogers and Peter & Deanna Dyksterhouse; a sister, Marcie & Andy Meisling; two brothers, Tom & Sarah Clemens and Roger Clemens; two brothers-in-law, Alan & Kristi Rogers and Kerry Rogers; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
