On the Wings of Angels, Garry Dee Parkinson returned to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on Monday, February 22, 2021. Garry was born on December 26, 1952, along with his twin brother Larry, to Harold Dale and Jesse Bouwhuis Parkinson. They were born prematurely and suffered developmental disabilities. Though they faced many challenges, they were very helpful with the farm duties and milking cows on the family farm.
Later the family moved to Montpelier, Idaho, where he helped with the family owned Michele Motel. Garry was a big help to his parents while living there.
The family wishes to thank the Stilwell family where Garry spent many years, and the Grand Teton group homes, who made it possible for him to spend time with his brother Larry and showed him love and comfort through his many trials.
Garry is survived by his brother, Kenneth G (Katie); nieces, Jessica Renee (Mike) and Rebecca Jackson-Flint (Chad); great-nephews, Kassler and Kye; and special cousins, Linda Keller Palfreyman and Charles (Vicky) Windham.
Garry was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Janet Jessie Parkinson; brothers, Larry and Alan; and nephew, Travis Lee Jackson.
