Garnet W. Brawn, 80, of Newington died on Friday, August 24, 2012. Born on January 10, 1932, Millville, Canada, he had served the Canadian Airforce as a Paratrooper before settling to the United States. Prior to retirement, he was affiliated with the Sheet Metal Workers Local #40 and employed with the Eagle Company as a roofer and supervisor. He was the beloved husband of Marty (McCusker) Brawn and is also survived by his children Mary Lou Savage, Debra Willis, Vicci Frost, Darlene Wells, Roberta Bice, Garnet Brawn, Jr., his siblings, Phyllis Potter, Arden Brawn, & Gladys Smalley, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces & nephews, his step-children Jahala Beaupre, Kerry Townsend, and was predeceased by a step-son, Jeep McCusker.
